Clark's Bostonian Outlet - Sunrise

I want to write a complain about customer service and the poor service from one of you manager and a sales personnel. Today I went to the store to buy shoes to my son and I was looking out the boxes to see if I could find a pair of shoes that I liked very much for my sons birthday gift, my surprise a sales African American guy approach to me in a hostile attitude telling me to pickup the boxes because the manager didn't like that, what is that!!! really poor customer service I said to my self. I will put everything in the same location I told the salesman, I just want to enjoy my time buying.
I got very upset and I told him to call the manager, he went laughing and the manager didn't come, so I went to him (a Latin guy) I don't know their names. And I explain what just happen and he didn't care, so next he was confronting me to the sales person.
I don't like the way I was treated with out any respect.
